The Shure BLX288/B58-H9 is a dual-channel wireless vocal system built for performers, presenters, houses of worship, DJs, and event setups that need two handheld microphones without cable clutter. It combines a BLX88 dual receiver with two BLX2 handheld transmitters fitted with Beta 58A vocal capsules. The H9 version operates in the 512–542 MHz UHF band, so local frequency authorization should be confirmed before use.

This system gives two vocalists independent wireless channels from one compact receiver, making it practical for duets, interviews, karaoke, announcements, and small-stage performances. The BLX88 receiver provides XLR and 1/4-inch output connections for integration with a mixer, powered speaker, amplifier, or installed sound system. Each handheld transmitter uses an integrated Beta 58A dynamic vocal capsule with a supercardioid pickup pattern.
