Overview
These Terms of Service are between you and Audio Watt Inc., a California corporation doing business as Audio Watt Store, 2530 Berryessa Road, Suite 421, San Jose, CA 95132. They govern your use of audiowatt.store and your purchases from Audio Watt Store. Audio Watt Inc. is the seller and merchant of record for every order. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but occasional errors happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders affected by them (with a full refund). Product images are illustrative; specifications on the product page control. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it (for example, suspected fraud or stock errors). We confirm acceptance when we ship. We may limit quantities.
Shipping & risk of loss
Shipping timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery to your address. See our Shipping Info page.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, incorporated into these terms.
Warranties
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties beyond those that cannot be disclaimed; some states do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Proper use & installation
Car audio equipment must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable law. You are responsible for safe installation (or hiring a professional) and for compliance with local sound-level regulations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including installation or vehicle damage arising from improper installation.
Intellectual property
Site content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Audio Watt Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
