60-day hassle-free returns. Not 100% happy? Return most new, unused items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to start a return
- Email us Send your order number and the item(s) you want to return to support@audiowattstore.com.
- Get your RA We reply with a Return Authorization and the return address within one business day.
- Pack it well Original packaging, manuals, and accessories included, double-box speakers and subwoofers, please.
- Ship it back Send it with tracking. Refunds hit your original payment method 3–5 business days after inspection.
Return conditions
- Items must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Installed, wired-up, or modified products can't be returned as new, contact us first and we'll find the best option.
- Software, gift cards, and special-order items are final sale.
- Items showing installation marks (stripped screws, cut wires, scratched trim) may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.
Refunds & shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases we send a prepaid label.
Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right, replacement or refund, plus a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
Fastest option: place a new order for the item you want, then return the original for a refund. Or contact us and we'll set up a direct exchange.
