The warehouse address is not a public retail location and is not an authorized return address unless Audio Watt Store provides prior written authorization.

Do not visit the warehouse or send products to the warehouse without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to the sender, or experience processing delays.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, promotional, typographical, technical, or inventory errors. A submitted order does not require Audio Watt Store to sell a product at an obviously incorrect price.

When a material pricing error is discovered, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund or contact the customer with the corrected information before proceeding.

Vehicle-fitment tools, compatibility guides, product recommendations, manufacturer information, and customer-service assistance are provided as general guidance and may not account for every factory option, trim level, production change, prior modification, or installation requirement.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing by Audio Watt Store, compatibility information is not a guarantee that a product will fit or function in every application.

Installation and Safety

Car audio, professional audio, electrical, electronic, and related products may require technical knowledge, specialized tools, vehicle disassembly, electrical wiring, programming, fabrication, or professional installation.

Customers are responsible for:

• Using the correct wiring, fuse, voltage, impedance, enclosure, and power requirements

• Using a qualified professional installer when appropriate

Improper installation or use may cause product failure, electrical damage, vehicle damage, fire, injury, hearing damage, or other loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audio Watt Store is not responsible for damage or loss caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible equipment, failure to follow instructions, or work performed by an independent installer.

Installation services provided by an unrelated third party are the responsibility of that installer. Audio Watt Store does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, workmanship, representations, or charges of independent installers.

Hearing and Volume Warning

Audio products may produce sound levels capable of causing temporary or permanent hearing damage.

Customers and users are responsible for operating audio equipment at safe volume levels and following all manufacturer warnings. Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive sound levels.

Manufacturer Information and Warranties

Many products sold by Audio Watt Store are manufactured by independent third parties.

Manufacturer names, product specifications, warranty terms, repair procedures, and warranty eligibility are determined by the applicable manufacturer and may vary by product.

References to a manufacturer warranty do not mean that Audio Watt Store is the manufacturer or that every product includes identical warranty coverage.

Warranty claims may require:

• Proof of purchase

Where permitted by law, the total liability of Audio Watt Store and NSI Audio Inc. for a claim relating to a product or transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to Audio Watt Store for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
