These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the text message program operated by Audio Watt Store ("Audio Watt Store", "we", "us", "our") at audiowatt.store. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

This is a customer service messaging program. Audio Watt Store sends text messages about:

• Customer service: replies to your questions about orders, returns, warranty claims, product fitment, and installation help.
• Order and shipping updates: order confirmations, shipping and delivery notifications, backorder notices, and delivery exceptions.

The purpose of the program is to answer customer questions and to keep customers informed about their own orders.

How to opt in

You can join by entering your mobile number in a contact or support form on our website, during checkout, or by texting us first. Where a checkbox is shown, you must check it to consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you submit.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your order and support activity. Most customers receive messages only when they contact us or when there is an update to one of their orders. On average this is fewer than 5 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details about your plan. Audio Watt Store and your wireless carrier are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts unless you sign up again.

To rejoin, reply START or sign up again through any of our opt-in forms.

Supported carriers

Our program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Google Voice, as well as many smaller regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.

Privacy

The information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages, and only for that purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect. Continued participation in the program after an update means you accept the updated terms.
