A compatible transmitter clips into the top of the handle, placing its built-in microphone at the top of the assembled handheld unit. The Interview GO itself does not contain a microphone capsule, wireless transmitter, battery, or audio electronics. Audio character and wireless performance are determined by the compatible RØDE transmitter and receiver system being used. Design & Installation

The Interview GO combines a sturdy handle with a removable windshield in a compact handheld format. The adaptor measures 237 mm high and weighs 84 g, while the windshield weighs 8 g. Its pink exterior is intended to complement the available color range of RØDE wireless accessories.

To set it up, slide a compatible RØDE wireless transmitter into the top mount and fit the windshield over the transmitter. Pair the transmitter with its compatible receiver and recording device according to the wireless system's instructions. The adaptor is especially useful when a transmitter needs to be held and passed between interview participants rather than worn as a clip-on microphone.
