The white RØDE RØDECaster Pro II is an integrated audio production console for podcasting, streaming, music recording and content creation. It brings microphone inputs, monitoring, mixing, sound triggering and recording into one desktop unit. This helps creators manage multi-person productions without building a separate mixer, interface and recorder setup.

Four Neutrik combo inputs accept microphones, line-level sources or instruments, making the console suitable for solo creators through four-person sessions. Revolution preamps provide up to 76dB of gain with low self-noise, supporting both dynamic and condenser microphones without requiring an inline gain booster in many setups. Four headphone outputs and balanced monitor outputs give hosts and producers dedicated listening options.

The RØDECaster Pro II is designed for clear, controlled voice and music capture. Its onboard processing includes APHEX Aural Exciter, Big Bottom and Compellor processing, plus EQ, high-pass filtering, noise gating, de-essing and compression. These tools allow users to shape channels before recording or sending a live mix.

Its quad-core audio engine supports flexible routing across nine assignable channels, six physical faders and three virtual faders. Eight programmable SMART pads can trigger sounds, effects, mixer actions, MIDI commands and other assigned functions across eight banks. A 5.5-inch HD touchscreen, rotary encoder and haptic feedback provide direct control without relying on a computer.

For recording and distribution workflows, the RØDECaster Pro II can capture stereo or multitrack audio to microSD media, compatible USB storage or a connected computer. Dual USB-C audio interfaces support computer and mobile-device connections, while Bluetooth adds a wireless device channel. It can also pair with compatible RØDE Series IV wireless transmitters, providing a path to expand a wired studio setup with wireless microphone sources.

Design & Installation

The RØDECaster Pro II uses a desktop console layout with six physical faders, individual headphone level controls, programmable pads, a rotary encoder and a 5.5-inch HD touchscreen. Its white finish suits studio, broadcast and desktop creator spaces, while its compact 305 x 270 x 60 mm enclosure keeps controls within reach. The rear panel groups the combo inputs, balanced outputs, headphone outputs, USB-C ports, Ethernet connection, power connection and microSD card slot for organized cabling.

Place the console on a stable desk with access to AC power through the included power adapter. Connect microphones, instruments or line-level sources to the four combo inputs, connect headphones through the four 1/4-inch outputs, and use the balanced line outputs for powered monitors or another audio system. For computer recording or streaming, connect USB-C to a computer; for standalone recording, install a compatible microSDHC or microSDXC card or connect an exFAT USB-C storage drive rated at least 100MB/s.
