Design & Installation

The Interview Micro uses an ergonomic, ultra-lightweight handle design intended for comfortable handheld operation. Its removable foam windshield fits over the top of the adaptor to provide added protection from wind noise and vocal plosives. The compact accessory measures 266 x 54 x 54 mm and is finished in white.

To use it, install a compatible RØDE Wireless Micro transmitter in the adaptor and attach the included foam windshield when recording in windy conditions or when close speech may create plosives. The Wireless Micro transmitter and its associated receiver are required separately, as neither is included with this adaptor. It is best suited to handheld interviews, on-street reporting, field presentations, casual podcasting, and mobile content recording.
