The Rockford Fosgate 18WRNGLER-STG5 is a vehicle-specific Stage 5 audio upgrade for select 2018-2023 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JL models. It replaces the main speaker, amplifier, and bass components while retaining the factory radio. This system combines four 6.5-inch coaxial speakers, two 1-inch dash tweeters, and dual 12-inch slim subwoofers. A four-channel M5-800X4 amplifier powers the full-range speaker system, while an M5-1000X1 mono amplifier drives the subwoofers. The resulting layout adds dedicated high-frequency, full-range, and low-frequency coverage to the Jeep cabin.

A Jeep-programmed DSR1J digital signal processor is included to integrate the system with the OEM radio and apply a vehicle-specific tune. The amplifiers arrive pre-configured for use with factory source units, helping maintain the intended crossover and level settings. The 18WRNGLER-STG5 uses OEM-style speaker, soundbar, and subwoofer enclosures designed around Wrangler Unlimited JL mounting locations. Its PE enclosure construction uses friction-welded seams, while the audio components are designed for exposure to heat, water, UV, vibration, dirt, and mud. The included TMS65 speakers use carbon-fiber-reinforced polypropylene cones and Santoprene surrounds, while the T1 slim subwoofers use composite cones, foam surrounds, die-cast aluminum baskets, and neodymium motor structures.

The kit is designed for select four-door 2018-2023 Wrangler Unlimited JL vehicles and retains the factory radio. It includes a complete wiring kit with fuse block, a 150-amp ANL fuse, vehicle-specific harnessing, a 12V relocation kit, and installation hardware; some vehicles may require the supplied 12V accessory relocation procedure.
