The Gretsch G2622T Streamliner is a right-handed semi-hollow electric guitar built for players who want the airiness of a hollow-style body with the added control of a center block design. Its double-cutaway body provides access to upper frets while retaining a classic arched maple profile. Finished in Steel Olive, this model combines traditional Gretsch visual cues with versatile modern electronics.
A chambered center block runs through the laminated maple body to help increase sustain, sharpen note attack, and reduce feedback compared with a fully hollow guitar. This makes the G2622T suitable for rehearsals, amplified live performance, and recording situations where controlled semi-hollow response is useful. The 16-inch-wide body offers a substantial feel without moving into full hollowbody construction.
Two Broad'Tron BT-3S humbucking pickups provide the guitar's amplified voice. Their Alnico 5 and Alnico 2 magnet combination is designed for pronounced mids, full low frequencies, and clear highs. A push/pull master-volume control adds coil-split operation for an additional tonal option.
The nato set neck has a Soft C profile, a 24.75-inch scale length, and a 12-inch-radius laurel fingerboard. Its 22 medium-jumbo frets, bone nut, and double-cutaway layout support chord work, single-note lines, and expressive bends. Individual pickup volume controls, master tone, and a three-position selector make it practical to shape pickup blends from the guitar.
An anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge and Bigsby B70 vibrato tailpiece complete the hardware package. The Bigsby allows subtle pitch movement and chord shimmer while the anchored bridge supports stable string spacing and intonation adjustment. It is a useful choice for guitarists building a flexible electric setup around an amplifier, pedals, or recording interface.

- Adjusto-Matic Bridge: Supports adjustable intonation and stable string placement.
Design & Installation
The G2622T uses an arched laminated maple top, back, and sides with aged-white binding and black/white/black purfling. Its gloss Steel Olive finish is paired with nickel hardware, a three-ply tortoise pickguard, pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays, and Gretsch Radio control knobs. The set nato neck carries a gloss finish and an aged-white bound laurel fingerboard.
This is a standard electric guitar and connects to an amplifier, pedalboard, audio interface, or other instrument-level input with a standard 1/4-inch instrument cable. It ships fitted with .010-.046 nickel-plated steel strings; changes in string gauge, tuning, or playing style may call for a professional setup to optimize neck relief, bridge intonation, and Bigsby operation. A case or gig bag is not included, but Gretsch lists compatible optional hardshell and gig bag options.
