The Gretsch G2622LH Streamliner Center Block Double-Cut is a left-handed semi-hollow electric guitar built for players seeking classic Gretsch styling with practical stage-ready control. A chambered center block sits inside the laminated maple body to add structure while helping control unwanted feedback at higher performance volumes. The G2622LH uses an arched laminated maple top and back with laminated maple body construction, aged-white binding, and black/white/black purfling. Its set nato neck has a gloss finish, aged-white binding, and pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail position inlays. Finishing details include a three-ply tortoise pickguard with gold Gretsch logo, Gretsch Radio knobs, nickel switch tip, nickel pickup covers, and sealed die-cast tuners.

As a passive electric guitar, the G2622LH connects to a guitar amplifier or effects rig with a standard instrument cable. It ships specified for nickel-plated steel .010-.046 strings, and the bridge, neck relief, action, and intonation can be adjusted as part of a normal guitar setup.
