The Jackson JS Series Dinky Arch Top JS32 DKA LH is a left-handed solidbody electric guitar built for players seeking a performance-focused instrument with a familiar Dinky profile. Its poplar body and arched top provide a lightweight platform for practice, rehearsal, recording, and amplified playing. The Bright Blue gloss finish, white binding, and black hardware give it a distinctly Jackson look without changing its straightforward control layout.

This model is made specifically for left-handed players and uses a 25.5-inch scale length with 24 jumbo frets. Its maple neck is bolt-on, graphite reinforced, and built with a scarf joint. The satin neck finish and compound-radius amaranth fingerboard support both lower-position chord work and higher-register lead playing.

A pair of Jackson high-output humbucking pickups supplies the guitar's HH configuration. These ceramic-magnet pickups are selected with a three-position blade switch and shaped using master volume and tone controls. The layout provides bridge, combined, and neck pickup selections for different amplified guitar sounds.

The JS32 DKA LH uses a Jackson-branded, Floyd Rose licensed double-locking tremolo system. This bridge and locking nut arrangement is designed for vibrato use while helping maintain string tuning after tremolo operation. Jackson sealed die-cast tuning machines and factory-installed nickel-plated steel .009-.042 strings complete the hardware package.

It is a practical choice for a left-handed player building a first electric-guitar setup or adding a tremolo-equipped instrument to an existing rig. Connect it to a compatible guitar amplifier, effects processor, audio interface, or pedal chain with a standard instrument cable. A truss rod wrench is listed as an included accessory for neck adjustment.

Key Features

  • Left-Handed Orientation: Purpose-built control and playing layout for southpaw guitarists.
  • Poplar Arch-Top Body: Lightweight solidbody construction with the Dinky body shape.
  • Compound-Radius Fingerboard: 12-16 inch radius supports chords and upper-fret leads.
  • 24 Jumbo Frets: Provides two octaves of playing range per string.
  • High-Output HH Pickups: Ceramic-magnet humbuckers deliver selectable bridge, neck, or combined operation.
  • Double-Locking Tremolo: Jackson-branded Floyd Rose licensed bridge supports expressive vibrato playing.

Design & Installation

The JS32 DKA LH combines a gloss-finished poplar body with a satin maple neck, white neck and headstock binding, pearloid sharkfin inlays, and black hardware. Its bolt-on neck has graphite reinforcement and a scarf joint, while the pointed six-in-line headstock carries Jackson sealed die-cast tuners. The guitar has no pickguard and uses dome-style control knobs.

For setup, fit the guitar with strings compatible with its Floyd Rose licensed locking nut and double-locking tremolo system, then tune and lock the strings according to the bridge system's procedure. Connect the guitar's output to a guitar amplifier, pedalboard, processor, or recording interface using an appropriate instrument cable. Tremolo, action, intonation, and truss-rod adjustments should be made carefully, particularly when changing string gauge or tuning.
