The Fender Player II Stratocaster is a right-handed solid-body electric guitar finished in Aquatone Blue with a maple fingerboard. It is built for players who want the familiar Stratocaster layout with practical modern playability features. Its alder body, three single-coil pickups, and five-position selector provide a broad set of clean, driven, and blended pickup sounds.

This version uses three Player Series Alnico 5 Strat single-coil pickups in an SSS configuration. The neck pickup supports rounded clean tones, the bridge pickup offers a more direct and cutting voice, and the in-between switch positions combine pickups for alternate textures. Separate tone controls are assigned to the neck/middle pickup group and the bridge pickup.

The maple neck uses Fender's Modern "C" profile, a 9.5-inch fingerboard radius, rolled fingerboard edges, and 22 medium jumbo frets. These specifications provide a contemporary playing surface for chord work, bends, and lead playing across the full 25.5-inch scale length. A satin urethane finish on the back of the neck is paired with a gloss urethane finish on the front.

A two-point synchronized tremolo bridge with bent steel saddles provides pitch-control capability while retaining the traditional Stratocaster bridge format. Fender ClassicGear tuning machines use an 18:1 gear ratio for precise adjustment. The guitar is fitted with Fender USA 250L nickel-plated steel strings in .009-.042 gauges.

The Player II Stratocaster suits home practice, rehearsals, recording, and stage use when paired with a guitar amplifier, effects pedals, or an audio interface designed for electric guitar. Its standard Stratocaster format also supports a wide range of compatible replacement parts and accessories. Design & Installation

This guitar combines an alder solid body with a gloss polyester finish, maple neck, maple fingerboard, parchment three-ply pickguard, and nickel/chrome hardware. Black dot position inlays and black side dots contrast with the maple fingerboard, while aged white pickup covers, control knobs, and switch tip complete the visual package. The neck attaches with a four-bolt standard construction and an "F" logo neck plate.

For setup, tune the factory .009-.042 string set, connect the standard 1/4-inch output to a suitable guitar cable and amplification path, and use the master volume, two tone controls, and five-way blade switch to shape the signal. The tremolo arm is a standard Fender tremolo arm, and the neck relief is adjusted at the headstock with a 3/16-inch hex adjustment.
