Warzone WZ600XB Digital Bass Processor with Remote

The Warzone WZ600XB is an outboard digital bass processor for car audio systems that use RCA signal connections. It is designed to restore and shape low-frequency information before the signal reaches a subwoofer amplifier or other downstream audio components. This makes it a practical addition for listeners who want more control over bass character than a head unit’s basic tone controls can provide.

The processor uses a dedicated bass restoration circuit along with adjustable bass equalization controls. Its SWEEP control selects the operating center frequency from 27Hz to 63Hz, while the WIDE control adjusts the range of frequencies affected around that point. A separate onboard SUB level control provides an additional adjustment for bass-output level.

For signal performance, the WZ600XB is specified with a 10Hz to 35kHz frequency response, a 133dB signal-to-noise ratio, and 0.0025% total harmonic distortion. Balanced RCA inputs accept up to 15V RMS and are specified for more than 62dB of noise rejection. These specifications support use with compatible factory or aftermarket source signals where managing noise is important.

A dash-mount remote is included for making bass-level adjustments from the driver’s seat. Its LED indicator changes brightness with bass-output level, giving the user a visual reference while adjusting the system. The remote is intended to provide convenient day-to-day adjustment without needing to access the processor itself.

The WZ600XB operates from a vehicle’s 12V DC electrical system and is specified for a low 150mA current draw. Its RCA outputs provide up to 13.2V peak and have a 150-ohm output impedance. Install the processor in a secure, accessible location and connect it to a 12V DC vehicle electrical system within its specified 11V to 16V operating range. Route compatible RCA signal cables from the source side into the processor and from its outputs to the next component in the signal chain. Set the SWEEP, WIDE, SUB level, and remote level conservatively at first, then adjust them to suit the subwoofer system and vehicle acoustics.
