The Interview GO combines a slim handheld adaptor body with a separate foam windshield. The adaptor measures 237 mm tall and weighs 84 g, while the windshield weighs 8 g. Its blue exterior is designed to give compatible transmitters a recognizable handheld microphone profile.

To use it, seat a compatible RØDE wireless transmitter in the top transmitter mount, then fit the foam windshield over the transmitter area. Pair and connect the transmitter to its compatible receiver as required by the wireless system; the Interview GO does not replace the transmitter, receiver, or their audio connections.
