The Rockford Fosgate RNGR18-FSE is a pair of unloaded 6.5-inch front speaker enclosures engineered for select 2018+ Polaris Ranger models. It provides a vehicle-specific mounting solution for adding front speakers without relying on universal pods or improvised brackets. The enclosures mount at factory locations and are designed to blend with the Ranger interior.

These enclosures are intended for Ranger owners building or expanding an off-road audio system with Rockford Fosgate marine-grade speakers. They accept one compatible 6.5-inch speaker per enclosure, placing a pair of speakers at the front of the vehicle. Speakers are sold separately, allowing the system to be matched to the desired Rockford Fosgate speaker series.

The RNGR18-FSE is compatible with Element Ready M0-65 and M0-65B speakers, along with Color Optix-ready M1-65, M1-65B, M2-65, and M2-65B speakers. Using M1 or M2 Color Optix speakers allows the enclosure position to become part of a compatible illuminated audio installation. The enclosures themselves do not include speakers or a lighting controller.

Rockford Fosgate uses injection-molded Centrex plastic with integrated UV inhibitors for the enclosure construction. The design is texture and color matched to the vehicle interior, while its IPX6 water-intrusion rating supports use in exposed powersports environments. This makes the pair suitable for Ranger applications that encounter water, dust, sunlight, vibration, and changing weather conditions.

Installation uses OEM mounting holes for a direct-fit approach, with minimal drilling required. Each enclosure has an integrated wiring harness, and the kit includes mounting hardware for the installation. The RNGR18-FSE can serve as a front-speaker foundation for a standalone Ranger audio upgrade or as part of a larger Rockford Fosgate staged system.

The RNGR18-FSE pair uses injection-molded Centrex plastic with integrated UV inhibitors and a textured black finish intended to match the Ranger interior. Rockford Fosgate rates the enclosure assembly for IPX6 water intrusion. The Gen-2 design is an unloaded enclosure pair, so speaker performance depends on the compatible 6.5-inch speakers selected and the rest of the audio system.

Confirm vehicle fitment before ordering, then install one compatible Rockford Fosgate 6.5-inch speaker in each enclosure. The included driver- and passenger-side enclosure harnesses, accessory pack, cable ties, and Torx mounting screws support installation at existing factory mounting locations. Minimal drilling is required; speakers, amplification, source equipment, and any Color Optix controller are separate components.
