Rockford Fosgate RFGNRL-FSE 6.5" Front Speaker Enclosures

The Rockford Fosgate RFGNRL-FSE is a pair of unloaded 6.5-inch front speaker enclosures made for select Polaris GENERAL 1000 side-by-side models. They provide a dedicated, vehicle-specific location for adding front audio while preserving the intended kick-panel area. Speakers are not included, allowing the system to be matched to the preferred Rockford Fosgate speaker model.

These enclosures are intended for Polaris GENERAL owners building or expanding a Rockford Fosgate UTV audio system. Their optimized sealed design gives compatible speakers a defined mounting environment rather than relying on an open panel installation. The result is a clean, integrated foundation for front-channel sound in the vehicle.

Each enclosure accepts one 6.5-inch speaker, for a total of two front speakers when installed as a pair. Rockford Fosgate specifies compatibility with selected Prime Marine RM and Punch Marine PM speaker models. Final sound character, output, and power handling depend on the speakers, source unit, and amplifier selected separately.

The enclosure bodies use a roto-molded, seamless construction designed for lightweight durability in UTV use. Their textured black finish is designed to coordinate with the Polaris GENERAL interior. Once installed below the dash at the firewall and kick panels, the enclosures create a discreet front-speaker solution.

The RFGNRL-FSE is designed to work alongside Rockford Fosgate GENERAL-specific components, including the RFGNRL-K8 amplifier wiring kit and RFGNRL-PMXDK dash kit. A supplied speaker harness supports connection from each speaker location to a source unit or amplifier. This makes the enclosure pair a practical starting point for a staged system upgrade or a replacement enclosure installation.

Design & Installation

The RFGNRL-FSE pair is finished in textured black plastic intended to complement the Polaris GENERAL interior. Its roto-molded enclosure construction is seamless and shaped specifically for the vehicle's front lower installation area. Foam pads are included to help seal the enclosures during installation.

Installation places the enclosures below the dash against the firewall and kick panels of applicable two-seat and four-seat Polaris GENERAL 1000 models. The package includes mounting hardware, wire harnesses, foam pads, and plastic wire tie wraps; speakers, a source unit, amplifier, and related system components are separate purchases. Installation requires drilling and speaker wiring should be routed to a compatible source unit or amplifier.
