Its dynamic capsule is built around an aluminum voice coil and neodymium magnet. The 40 Hz to 19 kHz frequency range supports vocal detail while retaining useful low-frequency reach.

Design & Installation

The Vintage Edition has an all-metal body with a green hammered finish and polished chrome grille. Its chassis is made from zinc alloy, while the spring-steel mesh grille is corrosion-resistant and designed to resist dents. A beveled grille edge helps keep the microphone from rolling when placed on a flat surface.

Connect the V7 VE to a mixer, audio interface, recorder, or PA system with a standard XLR microphone cable; a suitable microphone input and preamp are required. Mount it in the included mic clip on a compatible stand using the supplied thread adapter when needed.
