The sE Electronics V2 SWITCH QTR is a wired handheld dynamic microphone package designed for vocals, speech, and instrument capture. It combines the V2 SWITCH microphone with a 15-foot XLR-to-1/4-inch TS cable for connection to compatible sound systems and audio gear. Its onboard on/off switch provides convenient control during live use, rehearsals, presentations, and practice.

A supercardioid pickup pattern helps focus capture toward the source in front of the microphone while reducing pickup from the sides. This makes the V2 SWITCH QTR well suited to vocalists, speakers, and performers working near stage monitors or in active rooms. The dynamic capsule does not require external phantom power for normal operation.

The microphone has a 50 Hz to 16 kHz frequency range and a copper voice coil paired with a neodymium magnet. Its sensitivity is specified at 2.8 mV/Pa, with a 630-ohm electrical impedance. These specifications support use with compatible microphone inputs, mixers, PA systems, and instrument amplifiers that accept the included cable connection.

Built for regular handling, the V2 SWITCH uses an all-metal housing, stainless spring-steel mesh grille, and gold-plated XLR connector contacts. An integrated windscreen helps reduce wind noise and vocal plosives. Its internal shockmount helps reduce handling-related vibration reaching the capsule.

The included XLR-to-1/4-inch TS cable makes this version practical for systems that use a 1/4-inch microphone or instrument-style input. A microphone stand clip, thread adapter, and pouch are also included for basic setup and transport. It can serve as a straightforward handheld microphone solution for live sound, speech, rehearsal spaces, and instrument amplification.

The V2 SWITCH QTR has an all-metal body with a stainless spring-steel mesh grille for regular handheld use. Its gold-plated XLR contacts are designed for corrosion resistance, while the integrated windscreen and internal shockmount support cleaner operation in practical performance environments. The microphone measures 53 mm in diameter by 182 mm long and weighs 307 g.

Connect the microphone's XLR output to the included XLR-to-1/4-inch TS cable, then connect the TS end to a compatible input. Use the included stand clip and thread adapter when mounting it to a microphone stand. For best results, aim the front of the microphone toward the vocalist, speaker, or instrument source and use equipment with an input load impedance above 1 kOhm.
