The Rockford Fosgate T1S212 is a shallow-mount 12-inch component subwoofer built for vehicle installations with limited mounting depth. Design & Installation

The T1S212 combines an aluminum die-cast frame, composite cone, aluminum dustcap, foam surround, dual Nomex spiders, and a high-energy neodymium motor. Its trim ring is detachable, and the basket uses a FlexFit slotted mounting pattern for minor positioning adjustment. Spring terminals accept up to 10 AWG speaker wire.

Use a rigid, airtight enclosure built to the recommended internal volume after accounting for woofer and port displacement; the manual recommends 3/4-inch MDF and internal bracing.
