Its straight-to-right-angle connector layout helps provide a practical fit at a guitar-mounted output jack or tightly spaced pedal connection. This cable uses Mogami W2524 instrument cable, built around a 20 AWG oxygen-free copper center conductor. Its low-capacitance design is intended to retain the natural character of passive instrument pickups across a longer run. The result is a clean, unbalanced signal path suited to rehearsal rooms, stages, studios, and home practice rigs.

A conductive carbon-PVC sub-shield is placed beneath the main shield to help control noise caused by cable movement, flexing, or foot contact. The dense served shield also helps reduce interference entering the signal path. These construction details make the cable appropriate for active performers and setups located near power supplies, lighting, or other electronic equipment.

One end uses a standard straight 1/4-inch TS plug, while the other uses a right-angle 1/4-inch TS plug. The right-angle end can reduce connector protrusion where space is limited and can be especially useful at side-mounted or front-facing instrument jacks. Design & Installation

The cable has a black PVC outer jacket with a 6.0 mm outside diameter, a clear polyethylene insulation layer, and a conductive PVC sub-shield beneath its served copper shield. Its oxygen-free copper center conductor measures 0.565 mm², equivalent to 20 AWG. The straight and right-angle TS connectors use gold-plated contacts.

Connect the straight or right-angle 1/4-inch TS plug to the output on a compatible unbalanced instrument, pedal, or amplifier, then connect the remaining plug to the matching TS input. The right-angle plug is useful where a straight connector would extend too far from the instrument or pedalboard. This is a mono unbalanced cable and is not intended for balanced XLR or TRS stereo connections.
