The Mogami GOLD-DB25-XLRM-05 is a 5-foot, eight-channel analog interface snake with one DB25 male connector and eight XLR male fan-out connectors. It is designed for linking equipment that uses an industry-standard analog DB25 interface to balanced XLR connections. This configuration is useful for patch bays, recording interfaces, consoles, converters, and outboard equipment.

Each channel uses individually twisted and shielded conductors to help maintain separation between channels in a compact multicore cable. The cable's low-capacitance construction and copper shielding are intended for clean balanced analog signal routing. It provides an organized alternative to running eight separate XLR cables between compatible devices.

The DB25 end uses a rugged all-metal D-sub shell with precision pin termination and extended metal thumb screws. Connect the DB25 male end to a compatible analog DB25 port and secure it using the attached metal thumb screws. Route the numbered XLR male ends to matching XLR female inputs, outputs, or patch-bay points as required by the connected equipment.
