The Rockford Fosgate RNGR18-STG4 is a complete Stage 4 audio upgrade engineered for select 2018-2022 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 full-size three-seat and Crew six-seat models. It combines a dash-mounted digital media receiver, four amplified 6.5-inch speakers, a 10-inch subwoofer, dedicated enclosures, installation hardware, and RGB lighting control. The package is designed for Ranger owners who want a coordinated audio system rather than selecting individual components separately.

At its center is the PMX-2 compact AM/FM/WB digital media receiver with Bluetooth, rear USB and AUX inputs, and a 2.7-inch color TFT display. The included RNGR18-DK dash kit integrates the receiver into the Ranger dashboard. The receiver provides source control while the external five-channel amplifier supplies power to the speaker and subwoofer system.

Four M1-65B 6.5-inch, two-way Color Optix speakers handle front and rear sound through vehicle-specific pod enclosures. Their 4-ohm design, integrated tweeters, and RGB illumination support a full-range presentation for trail and worksite use. The PMX-RGB controller manages the Color Optix lighting system and supports the RF Connect mobile app.

Low-frequency output comes from an M1D4-10B 10-inch dual-voice-coil Color Optix subwoofer installed in the direct-fit RNGR18-FWE ported under-seat enclosure. The M5-1500X5 five-channel amplifier provides separate front, rear, and subwoofer amplification. Its preset mode is configured for Rockford Fosgate stage-kit use, while its controls can be accessed when the preset is switched off.

The system uses vehicle-specific dash, speaker-pod, subwoofer-enclosure, and amplifier-installation components to simplify fitment compared with a universal installation. Rear speaker installation requires a Polaris Ranger Poly Roof, with or without the Premium Roof Liner. Design & Installation

The kit is built around Rockford Fosgate Element Ready components intended for exposure to water, dirt, mud, UV, vibration, and changing outdoor conditions. The M1 speakers use mineral-filled polypropylene cones, Santoprene surrounds, integrated grilles, and sealed crossovers. The M1D4-10B subwoofer uses a UV-stable polypropylene cone, Santoprene VAST surround, high-temperature voice coils, and a vented motor with water-repelling mesh.

Install the PMX-2 with the included RNGR18-DK dash kit, place the front and rear M1-65B speakers in their corresponding RNGR18-FSE and RNGR18-RSE pods, and mount the subwoofer in the RNGR18-FWE enclosure. Use the supplied RNGR18-K4 amplifier installation kit and system harnessing as directed; the M5 amplifier is designed to use its included harnesses. A Polaris Ranger Poly Roof is required for the rear speaker pods, and professional installation is appropriate when wiring, battery connections, or vehicle disassembly are outside the owner's experience.
