The Rockford Fosgate HD9813RK-STAGE2 is a motorcycle audio upgrade package for select 1998-2013 Harley-Davidson Road King models. It adds a pair of 6x9-inch saddlebag-lid speakers, a compact four-channel amplifier, Bluetooth audio reception, and the required installation hardware. The package is intended for riders who want amplified audio without giving up more saddlebag space than necessary.

The system is built around two TMS69BL9813 6x9-inch coaxial speakers mounted in compatible factory saddlebag lids. Their carbon-fiber cones, film-dome tweeters, and weather-conscious construction are designed for motorcycle use. With 100 watts RMS handling per speaker, the pair is matched to the included amplifier's four-channel output.

Power comes from the TM400X4ad Element Ready Class-AD amplifier, rated for 400 watts RMS total. Its constant-power design provides 100 watts RMS per channel at either 2 or 4 ohms, while adjustable high-pass and low-pass filtering supports system tuning. High- and low-level inputs, clip indicators, and dual-fan cooling help support integration and setup.

Bluetooth streaming is handled by the included RFBTRCA receiver, allowing a compatible phone or other Bluetooth device to send audio to the amplifier through stereo RCA connections. The receiver uses one-button pairing and reconnects automatically after initial pairing. Its wired 9-16VDC connection and dash- or surface-mount design suit a dedicated motorcycle audio installation.

The included RFK-HDRK installation hardware mounts the amplifier in the rear of the saddlebag and provides a plug-and-play wiring approach for the intended Road King application. A prewired expansion connection is provided for compatible lower-speaker additions.
