The Rockford Fosgate HD24-STG2 is a Stage-2 amplified audio upgrade for select 2024+ Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycles equipped with Skyline OS. It combines a pair of direct-fit 6.5-inch upper-fairing speakers, a four-channel A2B amplifier, and a model-specific installation kit. The included TMS24-65 2-way speakers use a long-throw design intended to provide strong output and extended low-frequency response in an open-air motorcycle environment. Each speaker is rated for 150 watts RMS and uses a 1.5-inch voice coil, 4-ohm impedance, and a 50 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response. Their coherent-phase driver layout and integrated crossover support clear, balanced playback from the fairing locations.

Power comes from the included TMA-1000X4i digital four-channel amplifier, which connects to the motorcycle's Skyline OS through an A2B digital-bus interface. The amplifier supports up to eight-speaker systems, leaving channels and harness provisions available for future system expansion. Rockford Fosgate rates the amplifier at 200 watts RMS per channel at either 4 or 2 ohms.

RF Connect app control lets the installer load a DSP preset matched to the HD24-STG2 kit through a Bluetooth connection. The amplifier uses an extruded-aluminum heatsink, convection cooling, and an IPX4-rated chassis.

Installation is intended for compatible Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycles with Skyline OS and uses the included RFK-HD24 harness and mounting hardware.
