The GF-8 uses removable grille mesh with a metal bezel and C-Backer components to create a finished flush-mount assembly. Its 9.37-inch outer diameter covers the mounting area around the compatible speaker, while the grille itself has a 0.91-inch mounting depth. The black grille can be removed for painting when a color-matched installation is desired.

Plan for an 8.74-inch cutout and verify that the panel has adequate clearance behind it before cutting. The package includes a cutout template, two grille meshes, two metal bezels, two C-Backers, and M4 machine screws for installation. Installers should pull speaker wiring through the opening, mount the C-Backer and bezel, secure the compatible speaker, align the grille mesh, and test the audio system after installation.
