The Memphis SRX600.1V is a mono car amplifier designed to power a subwoofer system with controlled low-frequency output. It delivers 300 watts RMS at 4 ohms, 500 watts RMS at 2 ohms, and 600 watts RMS at 1 ohm. This makes it a practical choice for building or upgrading an entry-level to mid-level bass system.

Its 1-ohm stability provides flexibility when matching compatible subwoofer voice-coil configurations. The amplifier accepts both RCA low-level signals and speaker-level input, helping it work with many aftermarket and factory-source systems. A wired remote level control is included for convenient adjustment from the front seat.

The SRX600.1V is focused on subwoofer duty, with a 17 Hz to 250 Hz frequency response and adjustable low-pass filtering. Its variable subsonic filter helps limit ultra-low frequencies outside a subwoofer system's usable range. Selectable bass boost allows additional low-frequency adjustment when used carefully during system tuning.

A Class D design helps the amplifier provide substantial mono output in a compact chassis. The textured aluminum heatsink is designed to support heat dissipation, while integrated LED accent strips add visible illumination when the amplifier is powered. Mount the amplifier securely in a dry, well-ventilated location and verify the connected speaker load is not below 1 ohm. Use properly sized power and ground wiring, with a fused power connection close to the battery; a 4-gauge kit is recommended. The included speaker-level input harness can be used when the source unit does not provide RCA preamp outputs.
