Balanced RCA inputs are designed to support a clean signal connection from a compatible source unit, while RCA pass-thru outputs make it easier to feed another amplifier without another long RCA run. The amplifier also includes power, thermal, and protect status LEDs for at-a-glance operating feedback. Design & Installation

The T1000-1BDCP uses a cast-aluminum heatsink to dissipate heat from its internal circuitry. Heavy-duty nickel-plated clamp terminals are used for speaker, power, ground, and remote connections. Power, thermal, and protect indicators are positioned on the amplifier for operational status monitoring.

Rockford Fosgate recommends 4 AWG power and ground wire, with a 150A external fuse installed within 18 inches of the battery on the positive cable. Mount the amplifier securely in a ventilated area and do not install it in the engine compartment. For under-seat installations, allow at least 1 inch of air space around the heatsink; an authorized installer is recommended if wiring or system setup is unfamiliar.
