The amplifier accepts both low-level RCA and high-level speaker-level input signals, allowing it to work with many aftermarket radios as well as systems that retain a factory head unit. Balanced differential inputs help support clean signal integration, while RCA pass-through outputs can feed another amplifier. An auto-sense bypass switch is included for vehicles with retained accessory power.

A variable low-pass crossover, variable infrasonic filter, and adjustable Punch EQ let the installer shape the bass response around the subwoofer enclosure and listening preferences. The R2-750X1 fits well in a system built around one or more subwoofers with a final impedance of 1, 2, or 4 ohms. It is not bridgeable because it is already a single-channel amplifier. Proper power wiring, grounding, fuse protection, and subwoofer impedance matching are important for safe, reliable operation.

Install the amplifier in a dry, ventilated location with space around the heatsink for airflow. Use up to 4 AWG power and ground wiring, up to 8 AWG speaker wiring, and a 120A fuse as specified; the fuse is not included. Match the connected subwoofer system to a 1-, 2-, or 4-ohm mono load, then set gain and filters carefully before regular use.
