Its 2-inch, four-layer triple voice coil and 60-ounce magnet are matched with DVVC direct vented voice coil cooling. The subwoofer has a 10.16-inch outside frame diameter, a 9.17-inch cutout requirement, and a 5.14-inch mounting depth.

Confirm that the enclosure has at least the required cutout diameter and mounting depth before installation. Memphis recommends a 1.0-cubic-foot sealed enclosure for one subwoofer or a 1.5-cubic-foot gross vented enclosure tuned to 38 Hz; dual-subwoofer recommendations are also available. Configure the selectable impedance setting to match an amplifier that is designed to operate safely at the chosen load.
