The Mackie ProFX10v3+ is a 10-channel professional analog mixer with a built-in USB-C audio interface for recording, streaming, rehearsal, and small live-sound systems. It brings microphones, instruments, stereo playback devices, computer audio, and Bluetooth sources together in one compact desktop-format console. The mixer is suited to creators, podcasters, musicians, small venues, and anyone who needs hands-on level control alongside computer recording capability.

Four Onyx microphone preamps provide up to 60 dB of gain with low-noise performance, giving the mixer a clean foundation for vocal microphones and other mic-level sources. Channels 1 and 2 add one-knob compression and switchable Hi-Z operation for direct guitar or bass connection. A 3-band EQ is available on all channels, while the mic channels include switchable 100 Hz low-cut filtering and shared 48V phantom power.

The onboard GigFX+ engine provides 12 editable effect types, including delays, reverbs, chorus, flanger, and combination effects. A full-color LCD and push-button rotary control make it possible to select, adjust, and save effects settings from the mixer itself. This gives a live mix or stream access to practical ambience and time-based processing without adding an external effects unit.

For computer workflows, the ProFX10v3+ includes a 24-bit/192 kHz USB-C 2x4 audio interface. Standard mode sends the full mix with effects, Loopback mode combines mixer and computer audio for streaming, and Interface mode records channels 1 and 2 without effects processing. A dedicated blend control helps balance direct mixer monitoring with USB return audio at the headphone and control-room outputs.

Bluetooth connectivity supports two-way audio with compatible phones and tablets, allowing music playback or caller integration on a dedicated channel. The mixer also provides stereo 1/8-inch input, stereo 1/4-inch line inputs, balanced main outputs, control-room outputs, headphone monitoring, channel inserts, and an FX footswitch connection. It can serve as the central control point for powered speakers, a computer-based recording setup, or a compact podcast and streaming station.

Key Features

  • Four Onyx Mic Preamps: Up to 60 dB of gain supports microphones with low-noise operation.
  • 24-Bit/192 kHz USB-C: Records and plays back high-resolution computer audio through a 2x4 interface.
  • Three USB Recording Modes: Choose full-mix, loopback streaming, or dry channels 1/2 recording.
  • GigFX+ Effects Engine: Select, edit, and save 12 effect types using the color LCD.
  • Bidirectional Bluetooth: Integrates compatible mobile-device playback and caller audio on a dedicated channel.
  • Channel Processing: Includes 3-band EQ, low-cut filters, Hi-Z inputs, and compression on channels 1/2.

Design & Installation

The ProFX10v3+ uses a solid steel chassis with tough ABS side protection. Its top-panel layout keeps input connections, gain staging, EQ, effects, output controls, and metering within reach for tabletop operation. The full-color LCD is paired with a dedicated rotary encoder and back button for effects navigation.

Connect microphones, instruments, and line-level sources to the appropriate channel inputs, then feed powered speakers or an amplifier from the main left/right outputs. Use the USB-C port for computer audio and recording; it carries audio only and does not power the mixer. For monitoring, connect headphones or control-room speakers, and use the blend control when recording with computer playback.
