Its RCA input connections are nickel plated, and its power, ground, and speaker terminals are designed for secure wired connections. The amplifier also incorporates over/under-voltage, short-circuit, and thermal protection circuits.

Mount the amplifier on a secure surface with adequate ventilation and do not install it upside down. Use 0 AWG power and ground cable, a 200A external fuse, and 12 AWG speaker wire as specified; the power cable should be fused within 18 inches of the battery terminal. Connect a compatible source unit through the RCA inputs, set the gain carefully, and wire speakers so the final load is not below 1 ohm.
