The Avital 3103L is a 1-way vehicle security system designed to add alarm protection and remote keyless-entry convenience to a compatible vehicle. This system suits drivers who want straightforward security features without a two-way display remote or remote-start operation. Its two included 4-button transmitters provide lock, unlock, auxiliary, and panic commands from up to a stated 1/4-mile range. When connected to the vehicle, the system can also control power door locks and supported convenience functions.

The 3103L provides audible and visual alarm feedback through the vehicle’s siren and flashing parking lights. The impact sensor distinguishes lighter Warn Away impacts from heavier impacts that trigger a full alarm response. Door and ignition triggers add further monitored points when properly integrated during installation.

Security technology includes Code Hopping transmission, which changes transmitter codes with each use, plus Nuisance Prevention Circuitry to reduce repeated false-trigger sequences. The system can be configured for active or passive arming, and it supports Silent Mode for a temporarily chirp-free arm or disarm command. A status LED provides visual operating and diagnostic information inside the vehicle.
