Design & Installation

The cabinet uses high-current binding posts for its external amplifier connection.

Connect the amplifier's positive speaker output to the enclosure's red terminal and the negative output to the black terminal. Use 16 AWG to 12 AWG speaker wire, strip approximately 5/8 inch of insulation, and route speaker wire away from high-current vehicle wiring where possible. Disconnect the vehicle battery's negative terminal before installation, securely mount the enclosure, and pair it with a 2-ohm-stable mono amplifier matched appropriately to its 500-watt RMS total rating.
