It combines two 6.5-inch fairing speakers, two 6x9-inch saddlebag speakers, a four-channel amplifier, and a model-specific installation kit. The package is intended for riders who want a more capable, amplified audio system while retaining factory-oriented fitment.

The system uses dedicated front and rear speaker locations to provide broader sound coverage than a fairing-only upgrade. Its 6.5-inch TMS6SG fairing speakers handle front-stage listening, while the TMS69BL9813 6x9-inch saddlebag kit adds rear output and low-frequency presence. This arrangement is designed for listening in an open-air motorcycle environment with wind, road, and exhaust noise present.

At the center of the kit is the Rockford Fosgate M5-800X4, an IPX6-rated four-channel Element Ready amplifier. It is rated for 100 watts RMS per channel at either 2 or 4 ohms, with four amplifier channels available for the included speakers. The amplifier also provides selectable high-pass, low-pass, or all-pass filtering for system setup.

The TMS6SG fairing speakers are 6.5-inch, 2-way models with phase-aligned 25 mm tweeters and Street Glide-specific grilles. The rear TMS69BL9813 kit uses a pair of 6x9-inch, 2-way speakers made to retrofit compatible factory Harley-Davidson hardshell saddlebag lids. Both speaker sets are part of Rockford Fosgate's Element Ready line for exposure to the outdoor motorcycle environment.

The supplied RFK-HD9813M5 installation kit is tailored to the amplifier and compatible 1998-2013 Harley-Davidson applications. It includes the amplifier mounting hardware, power wiring, front and rear harnessing, and output Y-adapters used by the system. A compatible multimedia source unit can be added later, but it is not included with this package.

The kit also includes grilles and mounting hardware where required for its intended installation locations.

Installation is intended for compatible 1998-2013 Harley-Davidson Street Glide and Electra Glide applications using the included RFK-HD9813M5 hardware and harnessing. The saddlebag speaker kit is for factory ABS plastic hardshell lids and is not compatible with fiberglass lids or Harley-Davidson Power Lock kits. Verify the motorcycle's exact trim, existing audio equipment, saddlebag configuration, and fitment notes before installation; CVO and Screaming Eagle models require modification rather than plug-and-play installation.
