The Rockford Fosgate P1V2-6 is a pair of 6-inch, 4-ohm, 3-way coaxial car speakers designed to replace factory full-range speakers in compatible door or rear-deck locations. Each speaker combines a woofer, dome tweeter, and piezo super tweeter in one assembly. This makes them a practical option for upgrading basic OEM systems that use a single speaker location.

Rated for 75 watts RMS and 150 watts peak per speaker, the P1V2-6 is suited to either a compatible factory radio or an aftermarket amplifier matched appropriately to its power handling. Its 53 Hz to 25 kHz frequency response covers midbass, midrange, and upper-frequency detail. The 4-ohm nominal impedance is common in aftermarket car-audio applications.

The speaker uses a mica-reinforced polypropylene cone with a Santoprene rubber surround to support controlled cone movement. A 3/4-inch Tetolon inverted-dome tweeter handles high frequencies, while a 3/8-inch polypropylene piezo super tweeter extends the upper range.
