The Cerwin-Vega SM10F4 is a 10-inch 2-way coaxial marine speaker system designed for boat, powersports, and outdoor audio installations. The 4-ohm design is suited to compatible marine amplifiers and audio systems.

Its UV-stable construction and water- and saltwater-resistant design support use in marine and recreational environments. The 10-inch coaxial format is intended to deliver substantial midbass presence along with clear upper-frequency output from the 1-inch titanium dome tweeter. Cerwin-Vega rates each speaker for 200 watts RMS and 400 watts maximum power handling. With 95 dB sensitivity, the system is designed for strong output when matched with suitable amplification.

The SM10F4 incorporates a ferrite motor structure, maximum Xmax suspension design, and an internal crossover. These elements support controlled driver movement while directing the appropriate frequency range to the woofer and tweeter. The flush-mount layout provides a clean, integrated appearance on a panel, bulkhead, or other properly supported mounting surface.

Integrated multi-color RGB LED lighting adds visual customization to a marine or powersports system. The speakers are supplied with grilles and are commonly specified as a pair, while power ratings are stated per speaker. Design & Installation

The SM10F4 uses a cast aluminum basket, ferrite ceramic magnet, treated-cloth surround, polypropylene cone, and titanium diaphragm. Its construction is specified as UV stable and water- and saltwater-resistant for outdoor use. A removable grille is included to finish and help protect the flush-mounted speaker installation.

Confirm the available mounting surface can accommodate the 8.78-inch cutout and 4.33-inch top-mount depth before cutting. Use marine-appropriate wiring and connectors, maintain correct speaker polarity, and match each 4-ohm speaker to an amplifier channel rated appropriately for its 200-watt RMS handling. For RGB control beyond fixed wiring options, use a compatible RGB lighting controller sold separately.
