JBL RALLYBAR XL2 35" Outdoor Vehicle Bluetooth Soundbar

The JBL RALLYBAR XL2 is a 35-inch powered Bluetooth soundbar designed for UTVs, golf carts, boats, and other recreational vehicles. It provides an all-in-one audio solution where conventional enclosed-car speakers are not practical. The Ghost White finish gives compatible open-air vehicles a clean, integrated appearance.

A built-in 300W RMS Class-D amplifier powers an array of eight 2.75-inch woofers, two 1-inch tweeters, and four racetrack passive radiators. This integrated design eliminates the need to match the soundbar to a separate external amplifier. Its 45Hz-20kHz frequency response is suited to full-range music playback in open outdoor environments.

The RALLYBAR XL2 uses JBL AI Sound Boost to fine-tune playback in real time. Dynamic LED lighting can respond to music, with controls located on the bottom panel for adjusting the lighting mood. It is designed to add both sound and visual presence without requiring a separate lighting system.

Its IP67-rated construction is intended for outdoor vehicle use where dust, rain, mud, and water exposure are concerns. The soundbar operates from a 9-16V DC electrical system and includes a 12-foot 10 AWG power/ground harness. A lighter build than the prior generation helps make handling and installation more manageable.

Bluetooth 5.4, USB media playback, and RCA input provide several ways to connect music sources. USB has priority over Bluetooth, while Bluetooth has priority over RCA input when multiple sources are connected. For larger setups, two RALLYBAR XL2 soundbars can be paired for true stereo, or the system can connect with JBL Auracast-enabled speakers.

Design & Installation

The RALLYBAR XL2 combines a 35-inch soundbar format with integrated amplification, LED lighting, and a multi-driver speaker array. Its IP67 rating supports use on exposed recreational vehicles, while the Ghost White colorway complements light-colored UTV, golf cart, and marine installations. At 16.75 pounds, it is nearly 2 kg lighter than the previous-generation RALLYBAR XL.

Install the soundbar using the included mount cleats, clamps, rubber strips, straps, and hardware as appropriate for the vehicle's mounting surface or tube diameter. Connect the included 12-foot 10 AWG harness to a compatible 9-16V DC electrical system, then select Bluetooth, USB, or RCA as the music source. RCA input supports 2V, 4V, and 6V gain settings for integration with compatible source equipment.
