JBL RALLYBAR 2 21" Bluetooth Outdoor Vehicle Soundbar

The JBL RALLYBAR 2 is a powered 21-inch Bluetooth soundbar designed for UTVs, golf carts, boats, and other recreational vehicles. It combines speakers, amplification, source connectivity, lighting, and mounting hardware in one weather-resistant assembly. This makes it a practical audio upgrade for vehicles where a conventional component system may be difficult to install.

Its built-in Class-D amplifier delivers 150 watts RMS and up to 300 watts peak power. Four 2.75-inch woofers, two 1-inch tweeters, and dual racetrack passive radiators are used to cover a 45 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range. AI Sound Boost automatically adjusts the audio signal in real time to help maintain clear playback at higher listening levels.

The RALLYBAR 2 supports Bluetooth 5.4 streaming, USB music playback, and RCA input for integration with a compatible source unit. When more than one source is connected, USB has priority over Bluetooth, while Bluetooth has priority over RCA input. RCA gain settings support 2V, 4V, and 6V source outputs for more appropriate matching with compatible audio equipment.

Built for exposed installations, the soundbar carries an IP67 water- and dust-resistance rating and operates from a 9 to 16V DC electrical system. Dynamic RGB lighting and onboard map lights add useful illumination and visual customization for evening rides. Bottom-panel controls allow access to lighting functions without requiring a separate controller.

The included mounting system is designed for flexible placement on compatible vehicle bars or poles. Two RALLYBAR 2 soundbars can be paired for true stereo, while Auracast connectivity allows compatible JBL speakers to be linked for expanded playback. With Bluetooth, USB, RCA input, and multi-speaker options, it can serve as either a self-contained system or part of a larger recreational-vehicle audio setup.

Design & Installation

The RALLYBAR 2 uses an integrated speaker-and-amplifier design with four woofers, two tweeters, and two racetrack passive radiators. Its compact enclosure measures 21-5/32 inches long and weighs 9.66 pounds. The IP67-rated construction is intended for recreational vehicle environments where dust, mud, and water exposure are considerations.

Installation uses the included cleats, C-clamps, rubber strips, hardware, safety cables, and 12-foot power/ground harness. The mounting system supports top or back mounting, with four cleat positions available for each side of the RALLYBAR 2. Connect the soundbar to a 9-16V DC system with the specified 25A fuse arrangement, then select Bluetooth, USB, or RCA input for playback.
