JBL RALLYBAR S2 21" Outdoor Vehicle Bluetooth Soundbar

The JBL RALLYBAR S2 is a 21-inch powered Bluetooth soundbar designed for UTVs, golf carts, boats, and other recreational vehicles. It provides a self-contained audio solution for vehicles that need music playback without installing separate speakers and an external amplifier. The Ghost White finish suits compatible outdoor and marine-style installations.

A built-in Class-D amplifier delivers 150 watts RMS and up to 300 watts peak, while the speaker array combines four 2.75-inch woofers, two 1-inch tweeters, and two racetrack passive radiators. Its specified 45 Hz–20 kHz frequency response supports full-range music playback in an open-air environment. AI Sound Boost continuously adjusts the audio signal in real time.

The RALLYBAR S2 is built for exposed installations with an IP67 water- and dust-resistance rating. It operates from a 9–16 VDC electrical system and includes a 12-foot, 12 AWG power/ground harness. A 25A maximum current draw specification helps installers plan power wiring and circuit protection.

Bluetooth 5.4 provides wireless streaming, while USB disk playback and RCA input add wired and local-media options. The soundbar automatically prioritizes sources in this order: USB disk, Bluetooth, then RCA input. RCA input gain settings of 2V, 4V, and 6V help match the soundbar to different source-unit output levels.

For system expansion, two RALLYBAR S2 soundbars can be paired for true stereo playback. It can also connect wirelessly with JBL Auracast-enabled speakers for larger multi-speaker setups. RGB lighting and map-light functions add utility and visual customization alongside the audio system.

Design & Installation

The RALLYBAR S2 uses an integrated, weather-resistant soundbar design with a Ghost White exterior, internal amplification, passive radiators, RGB lighting, and map-light controls. Its IP67 rating is intended for outdoor recreational-vehicle environments where dust and water exposure are concerns. At 9.48 pounds, it is nearly 1 kg lighter than the prior-generation model according to JBL.

The included cleats, C-clamps, rubber strips, security cables, hardware, and 12-foot power/ground harness support pole-mounted installations. Included clamp and rubber-strip combinations accommodate 1.5-inch, 1.75-inch, and 2-inch poles, while four cleat locations per side allow top or rear mounting arrangements. Connect the harness to a 9–16 VDC vehicle electrical system, use the supplied 25A fused power connection, and select Bluetooth, USB disk, or RCA input for playback.
