The Gretsch G2210 Streamliner Junior Jet Club is a right-handed, six-string solidbody electric guitar finished in Vintage White. It provides a compact, straightforward platform for players who want an electric guitar with humbucking pickups and simple controls. Its single-cut body and fixed wrap-around bridge keep the layout focused on playing rather than complex hardware.
This model suits beginning players building a first electric setup as well as experienced players seeking a simple backup or practice instrument. The 24.75-inch scale and thin "U" neck profile create a familiar feel for chord work, riffs, and lead parts. A 12-inch-radius laurel fingerboard provides a relatively flat playing surface with 22 medium-jumbo frets.
Two Gretsch Broad'Tron humbucking pickups supply the guitar's amplified voice. A three-position toggle selects the bridge pickup, both pickups together, or the neck pickup. Master volume and master tone controls let the player make broad output and tonal adjustments from the guitar.
The G2210 uses a nato body with a bolt-on nato neck, pairing a solidbody construction with practical serviceability. Its compensated wrap-around bridge combines bridge and tailpiece functions in one anchored unit. A synthetic bone nut, die-cast tuning machines, and nickel-finished hardware complete the core playing hardware.
For use, connect the guitar to a compatible instrument cable and guitar amplifier, amp modeler, recording interface, or effects chain. The fixed bridge design makes it a practical option for standard electric-guitar setups without a tremolo system. Optional Gretsch hardshell and gig bag accessories are available separately for transport and storage.
Key Features
- Dual Broad'Tron Pickups: Two humbuckers provide bridge, neck, and combined pickup voices.
- Solid Nato Body: Single-cut solidbody construction supports a direct, traditional electric-guitar setup.
- Thin "U" Nato Neck: Bolt-on neck offers a slim profile for everyday playing.
- 12-Inch Laurel Fingerboard: Relatively flat radius supports chords, bends, and single-note playing.
- Compensated Wrap-Around Bridge: Anchored bridge and tailpiece design keeps hardware straightforward.
- Simple Control Layout: Master volume, master tone, and three-way switching simplify adjustment.
Design & Installation
The G2210 has a gloss-finished nato body, gloss nato neck, black neck binding, and a Vintage White finish. Pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays, a one-ply tortoiseshell pickguard, gold vintage-style control knobs, and nickel hardware give the instrument its visual details. The body is 1.75 inches deep and uses standard strap buttons.
No vehicle-style installation is required; this is a conventional electric guitar. Add a compatible 1/4-inch instrument cable and amplification system, then tune the factory .010-.046 nickel-plated steel strings before playing. For carrying protection, Gretsch lists an optional G2655T Streamliner hardshell case and optional G2164 gig bag.
