The GS-4 uses a surface-mount format, with a 1.01-inch mounting height above the panel. The GS-4 combines a black grille mesh and bezel assembly to protect the speaker from foreign objects while providing a finished appearance. Its surface-mount design has a 4.61-inch outside diameter and rises 1.01 inches from the mounting surface. The grille mesh is removable and can be painted to coordinate with an interior.

Use the included template and create a 3.41-inch cutout, confirming that there are no obstructions behind the panel before cutting. Mount the speaker and bezel assembly with the included #4 x 30 mm self-tapping screws, then align the logo and snap the grille mesh into place. A drill with a hole saw or jigsaw, screwdriver, pencil or marker, and measuring tape are recommended for installation.
