Rockford Fosgate GS-35 3.5" Surface-Mount Speaker Grilles

The Rockford Fosgate GS-35 is a pair of 3.5-inch surface-mount grilles made to give select Punch V2 speakers a finished, protective appearance. It installs over the compatible speaker and mounts directly to the panel surface. This makes it a practical option when a flush-mounted grille is not required.

These grilles are intended for owners of compatible Rockford Fosgate P1V2-3 speakers or the 3.5-inch midrange drivers in P3V2-69C3 component systems. They provide a dedicated-fit cosmetic and protective solution rather than a universal speaker grille. Speakers are sold separately.

The GS-35 is a passive speaker accessory and does not add power, alter impedance, or create sound on its own. Its role is to cover the speaker area while allowing the system to retain the intended installation layout. The surface-mount format adds approximately 0.96 inch of height above the mounting surface.

A keyed grille mesh and bezel arrangement supports proper logo orientation and snap-in grille attachment after the speaker assembly is secured. Slotted holes in the base ring allow minor rotational adjustment for alignment. The result is a clean presentation for installations where grille height can be accommodated.

The pair includes the basic mounting components and a cutout template for installation planning. It fits into a Rockford Fosgate Punch V2 upgrade or restoration project when the specified speaker models are being used. Design & Installation

The GS-35 uses a two-piece grille arrangement consisting of grille mesh and grille bezel components. It is finished in black and is listed with Centrex and ASA plastic materials. Each grille has a 4.08-inch outer diameter and weighs 3.32 ounces.

Use the supplied template to mark the opening, then confirm that no wiring, windows, or window tracks obstruct the mounting area. Position the speaker in the grille bezel, secure the assembly with the supplied self-tapping screws, and align the keyed mesh before snapping it into place. The GS-35 is intended only for compatible P1V2-3 speakers and the 3.5-inch midrange speakers used in P3V2-69C3 systems.
